这些动作都做20个，那还不要满头大汗，累的够呛！太辛苦了，也不见得有效！我坚持在健身中心练习了一年半，每次又是跑步又是练动感单车，练瑜伽，现在一斤没廋还胖了10斤，那该怎么说呢！
